In the event of a mechanical breakdown, you call your pre-assigned SmartAutoWarranty 800 number provided for claims support. Take your car to any repair facility and have them call our claims office to get the final claim approved. Once the claim is approved, the repair shop will fix or replace the broken part(s) and SmartAutoWarranty will immediately pay the bill over the phone with our corporate credit card. You will be requested to pay your deductible directly to the repair facility. We do offer coverages with a $0 deductible.
Now you are back on the road and we paid the bill! Remember you can take your car in for repairs as many times as needed, there is no limit to the number of times your car can be fixed with SmartAutoWarranty. In the event of a breakdown while on the road, just call the number on the back of your roadside assistance card.
